The final chair by Italian designers Lella and Massimo Vignelli, the iconic Vignelli Rocker is back in production and ready to be enjoyed in homes and businesses, indoors and out.

The Vignelli Rocker – perhaps more than any other piece that Lella and Massimo designed – is the ideal combination of clarity and surprise. Its fluid curves create the cleanly defined, sculptural shape of an armchair, but when you interact with it, you realize it’s so much more.

The subtle architecture of its base allows this rocker to gently oscillate, creating a soothing motion for the sitter. Made in USA, this modern indoor-outdoor rocker has a matte finish and is available in a choice of three colors.

It looks compact but sits commodiously, welcoming the sitter as warmly as the classic porch rocker or ubiquitous Adirondack chair. Indoors or out, it gives users the freedom to move without sacrificing comfort, and the high arms make sitting into the rocker or rising from it effortless. It’s simply beautiful and perfectly designed.

CARE & MAINTENANCE:

UV Exposure

Our rotationally molded product is manufactured from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) with UV stabilizers. All polyethylenes are susceptible to degradation upon long term exposure; the result is the material becomes brittle. UV stabilizers act to absorb, transfer, and reflect UV. It is recommended in extreme weather (defined as below 15°F and above 100°F) the items be covered when not in use to prolong the finish of the material.

Cleaning

For minor spots Heller recommends a damp soft cloth and non abrasive bleach free cleaner.

For heavier marks a mild bleach free detergent (such as dishwashing liquid diluted in warm water) and soft brush with will be sufficient. Wipe excess water off with a chamois.

Polishing & Scratches

We recommend polishing the Furniture with NOVUS Plastic Clean & Polish once a month for high traffic uses; every two the three months for normal use.

This helps to maintain the original finish and can help to hide minor scratches and wear.
