Customers who place orders through our website happily agree and accept the following policies:

1. Shipping Choices

1.1 Continental U.S. Shipping within the 48 contiguous States of America

FREE Ground Shipping by FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, Freight or similar.

Place your order and enjoy complimentary ground shipping. Your item will be shipped by either FedEx Ground or UPS Ground (we determine the carrier): ground shipments include tracking and insurance. Smaller items such as watches or small accessories may even ship by USPS Priority. If you have a strong preference of either FedEx Ground or UPS Ground, please let us know prior to ordering and we will try our best to accommodate your request. We strongly suggest to use our FREE Ground Shipping offer which is a great value. It may take a day or two to securely pack your item. So in most cases, there will be not much difference between our standard FREE Ground Shipping and the more expensive Expedited Shipping Services. Expedited Shipping Services only guarantee the "time in transit", not the additional time needed for us to process and pack your order and, in addition, the lead time described with each product. Based on our experience, most customers are very happy with the complimentary ground shipping.

Upon request, we can also provide you with a quote for the following expedited shipping services:
Three-Day Shipping: Fedex Express Saver, UPS 3 Day Select, USPS Priority, or similar
Two-Day Shipping: Fedex 2nd Day, UPS 2nd Day Air, DHL 2nd Day Air, USPS Express, or similar
One-Day Shipping: Fedex Overnight, UPS Next Day Air Saver, DHL Next Day Air or similar

1.2 Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

Ground Shipping is not available for customers in AK, HI, and PR.
We can offer one of the following choices:
Three-Day Shipping: Fedex Express Saver, UPS 3 Day Select, USPS Priority, or similar.
Two-Day Shipping: Fedex 2nd Day, UPS 2nd Day Air, DHL 2nd Day Air, USPS Express, or similar.
One-Day Shipping: FedEx Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, DHL Next Day Air or similar.

1.3 Residential freight

Please be advised that there may be additional fees for special delivery, limited access area shipping, or bulk oversized shipment

1.4 International Shipping Choices

In general, Stardust will ship items only within the 48 contiguous States of America. Excluded are Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (please contact us for a shipping quote). In general, we do not ship international but you can ask your carrier to pick up from our retail store, and/or, we can ship to your forwarder. If you do not have a forwarder, please ask us for references. If you still persist, check: 2.3 International Shipping.

2. Shipping Rates

2.1 Shipping Rates within Continental U.S.: 48 contiguous States of America

FREE Ground Shipping within the 48 contiguous States of America (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
Standard ground shipping is free of charge, mo minimum purchase required. Place your order, sit back and relax. Standard ground shipping includes tracking and insurance.

2.2 Expedited Shipping within the 48 contiguous States of America (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Expedited Shipping including Three-Day-, Two-Day-, One-Day Shipping will incur shipping charges. Shipping charges are based on the delivery service, the speed and the weight, size, dimensions of your items.

2.3 International Shipping (outside the 48 contiguous States of America)

We can provide a quote for smaller items that can be shipped by Postal Service. As a general rule; the item should measure max 16 inches long. Please note that we currently do not offer international shipping on most items since most of our products are too large for standard International Shipping through the Post Office. As an alternative, medium-sized items can often be shipped by DHL, FedEx or UPS but the shipping cost is usually very steep. We strongly encourage to use a US based freight forwarder who can accept your items at a US warehouse and forward them to you. International customers should be prepared to pay custom duties at the country of entry which are in addition to the shipping costs.

3. Shipping Policies

3.1 Lead Time

Shipping lead time (transit time) is always a "good faith estimate" and is never guaranteed. We do our best to fulfill orders promptly but rely on our vendors and freight forwarders (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.) for shipping.

In addition to the transit item noted above, please note that your order will have an additional lead time to ship out from the warehouse. We always provide an estimated lead time. The lead time is not a guarantee but an estimate. We do our best to pack each item with utmost care. Estimated lead time is stated with the description of each item, for example "usually ships in 2 business days". Our estimated shipping lead times are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain, assemble and/or package items for shipment. Some items may require secure packaging and/or crating at our warehouse to ensure save arrival.

3.2 Tracking Number

We take the stress out of shopping! Every order ships fully insured with a tracking- or delivery confirmation number. A tracking number will usually be updated in your account history when your order is shipped out. If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package by clicking the "Track packages" link in Your Account. The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in Your Account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail.

3.3 Insurance and Signature Required Options

Every order ships fully insured with a tracking-, delivery or BOL confirmation number! Items $500.00 & less; a "Signature Required" option can be added upon request by the customer prior to shipping. Items $500.00 & up; a "Signature Required" option may automatically be added to every shipment. Please note that freight companies will collect a signature from the person located at the shipping address. Customer is responsible of providing a correct shipping address upon check out.

3.4 Shipping Address will be responsible to ship to the shipping address provided by the customer upon check out. Please note that the customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. will in no way be responsible for any claims that arise when customer provides an incorrect shipping address. Customer will be responsible for any issues that arise after an incorrect shipping address is provided & goods are shipped out so please be so kind to provide us with the accurate shipping address (not your neighbors). Our liability ends as soon as an order ships out after which it automatically transfers to the buyer, or, in case of damage that occurs during transport to the shipping company.

3.5 Additional notes

  • Weekend delivery cannot be requested. Most carriers do not deliver on weekends.
  • Items may ship using a variety of carriers of methods of our choice.
  • Orders placed with a P.O. box or APO/FPO address may be refused.
  • Signature upon delivery may be required for shipments over $500.
  • We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Ground Shipping at any time.
  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different locations to ensure quicker service.
  • Freight Shipments are "Curbside Deliveries" - White Glove quotes available upon request.
  • We never "guarantee" a delivery time frame, we can only provide an honest "good faith estimate".
  • Severe weather or conditions beyond our control may cause delivery delays.
