Return Policy

We welcome any questions you may have about any product prior to purchase. Our knowledgeable staff happily looks forward to assist you with your inquiries, so please don't be shy and ask us everything you need to know about any product, prior to your purchase. We are here for you and always reply within a couple of hours!

Stardust's continuing goal is to provide the best values for all of our customers.
To keep prices low, please take note of our policy:

Shipments sent within the continuous USA

Please note that we offer only highly specialized items that are always special-ordered. As such, our items are never returnable. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a purchase from Stardust.com, we still allow exceptions on a case-by-case basis. As such, we may authorize certain returns, after our written approval, within 30 days from the day of delivery for a store credit only (absolutely no refunds can be given), providing that the merchandise is: 1) in the original unused condition 2) sealed in the original packaging. After inspection at our warehouse, a store credit can be issued. Absolutely no returns may be made after 30 days. A store credit will remain valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. By requesting a return, you agree that a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any store credit for returned items.

Please note that customers must request a Return Authorization in writing prior to returning merchandise. Returns must be properly packaged, double boxed, insured and shipped with tracking number at the customer's expense. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Please note that we can only accept returns for unused, unaltered, un-installed items and that all items must be in new condition, in the original box with original packing materials "as you received it".

Customer is responsible for the safe return of the goods so we receive them in the original condition. We therefore strongly recommend to return goods, double boxed, with proper packaging (to prevent any damage during return shipping). Please make sure to ship with full insurance and tracking number.

Please note that the following items are excluded from our return policy.

  • All Lighting products.
  • Oversized items with box dimensions of 8 cubic feet & up (example: box dimensions over 24" x 24" x 24").
  • Fireplaces.
  • Floor Samples (Sample Sales, Close-Outs, etc).
  • Custom Orders.
  • Upholstered Items.
  • Defective or damaged items must be claimed with Stardust.com and the freight company within 48 hours of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims for damaged or defective items received after 48 hours of delivery cannot be processed.

    Shipments sent outside the continuous USA

    All shipments outside the continuous USA including, but not limited to, Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, etc. are final and no exceptions can or will be made.
