The Ingo Maurer Oh Mei Ma Kabir Silver Chandelier provides abundant light to your home, while adding style and interest.  The Oh Mei Ma Kabir Silver Chandelier is the larger version of the smaller Oh Mei Ma Silver.  Oh Mei Ma Kabir Silver features two halogen light bulbs; each maximum 300 watts which is plenty to illuminate larger spaces.  If you don't need the light output, you can always install a wall dimmer to adjust the lighting according to your needs. 

The Oh Mei Ma Kabir Silver Chandelier by Ingo Maurer is fashioned from six sheets of silver-coated paper.  This stylish Ingo Maurer lamp is a sensation to behold.  The reflection on the silver coated paper sheets creates a warm and inviting atmosphere in any space.  This large chandelier is designed for rooms with high ceilings or for use as a hanging lamp above a large table.  Light reflections appear and disappear as the viewer's position changes.  Ingo Maurer's Oh Mei Ma Kabir Silver is a true classic and a fine example of Ingo Maurer's artistry.  Oh Mei Ma Kabir Silver is composed of 6 thin silver coated paper sheets which are suspended from thin metal cables. The silver leaf paper shades are nested above each other to create a soft, ethereal diffusion of light throughout a space.  The plumb of the Silver Oh Mei Ma Kabir is made of plexiglass in black (whereas the gold edition features a transparent plexiglass plumb).  The height of Oh Mei Ma Kabir Silver can be adjusted anywhere from 67" to 138" (170 to 350cm).  Please note that this is the total height including the lamp itself.  This chandelier accommodates 2 x max. 300 watts halogen light bulb (top socket GY 9,5 and bottom socket r7s) and can be dimmed with an external wall-dimmer (not included).
