Castiglioni's Aoy was designed to complement both classic and modern interiors. A striking table or floor light with an airy structure made entirely out of glass. To use up the light that ordinary lamps usually waste on their stem, Achille Castiglioni designed a translucent clear glass support, a glass cylinder a foot wide with an opening at the bottom. Design for both people and cats: Aoy has the perfect space for a small cat to curl up where it's warm, and to allow for easy cleaning of the floor beneath. All lamp parts are made of hand-blown glass and are made to match, without any metal connections. This glass lamp features elegant round features and is guaranteed to compliment any setting.
