The Fun 1DA, designed by Verner Panton and available from design purveyor Stardust, really sets the tone in any home decor. Hundreds of circular discs are connected by metal rings. Together they make long strands of lustrous discs that reflect and sparkle with the faintest trace of wind, or, the gentle stroke of a hand. This ingenious pendant light fixture was designed by design luminary Verner Panton in 1964; yet it has lost none of its shine or splendor. The Fun 1DA by Verner Panton is perfect as a dining room pendant light fixture when suspended above a dining table. They also make wonderful accent chandeliers in the living room, or, when used for commercial projects such as upscale hotels or restaurants. The Fun lamps are hand-made by Verpan in Denmark and are UL listed for both residential and commercial applications.
