Soon after its introduction in 1967, Verner Panton began to consider the idea of producing a child-size version of the chair together with Vitra.
What was financially unfeasible over 35 years ago has now finally become a reality: Vitra introduced the Panton Junior, a children's chair whose production is based on the original drawings by Verner Panton.
The Panton Junior kids chair is identical to the regular model with regard to material and shape.
Th Panton Junior chair is approximately 25 percent smaller and available in seven different colors.
This makes it an ideal chair for children in preschool and primary grades.
The Panton Junior Chair is made from matte surfaced polypropylene that has been batch dyed.
